Fulham FC is a football club from West London, located in the district Fulham and founded in 1879. Fulham FC is playing his home matches at classic Craven Cottage stadium. Craven Cottage holds a capacity of 25.700 seats. The stadium is built around a farmers house, and therefore the name Craven Cottage. It is a beautiful authentic stadium, which is a true gem between all the new modern concrete stadiums. The atmosphere is what you would expect from an English football club; sitting close and packed to the pitch.
At the moment, Fulham FC is playing at the second highest division of England, the Championship, after many years of acting in the Premier League. This isn’t a bad thing because the ticket prices are often lower, the atmosphere more intens and the matches are more attractive to watch. When I go for Football to England I always combine a Championship or League One match witha Premier League match. Most Championship matches are played on Saturday and some Premier League matches also on Sunday.
How do I buy tickets for Fulham FC?
The fixture of the home matches of Fulham FC can be found at the official homepage of Fulham. Per home match will be a schedule provided when the tickets will go on sale (link to ticket portal). Just like all football clubs, the members will have the first option to purchase tickets before the tickets will go on general sale. ‘M’ means that ticket sale is opened for members, and ‘GS’ means that tickets are on general sale.
Tip: When it isn’t possible (yet) to purchase tickets on general sale, try to buy tickets for the away stand. For the London derby Fulham FC – QPR I couldn’t get tickets for the home stand, but it was possible to buy for the away stand. The away stand was sold out, so it was more fun.
